Remote support: allow us to watch your screen To allow us to temporarily watch your computer screen, follow these steps. You will be able to see everything we do as we do it, and you are free to disconnect at any time.
  1. Download this file and run it on your computer: DeskShareGuestEN-4.6.exe (359 KB) (Alternatively, you can run the file directly from the internet source when prompted.) No installation or configuration is required.
  2. Contact us on +31653361934 to receive a PIN for the remote session. Enter the PIN and click Connect.
  3. On the following page, check both checkboxes to grant us access to your computer.
At the end of the remote support session, we will terminate the connection. Alternatively, you can end the remote connection at any time by simply closing the DeskShare Control Window. This will completely disconnect think-cell from your computer.
